We are a tech-passionate and people-inspired duo who strive to make the most of every day, life, and everything we invest in and involve ourselves with. We keep things simple and straightforward — with heart.
When our paths crossed, we immediately knew bigger dreams were coming our way as a dream team. And here we are today: the duo behind SLC. Our journey is still being written, and we can’t wait to see and explore everything we accomplish ahead.
We run the company as one, to create the best possible environment for our colleagues at SLC and to deliver the highest quality to you — our customers and business partners.
Elena Nadelen
As the CFO, I bring my passion and experience from tech, market, sales, and financials, with ambition to create simplicity in the telecommunication and tech world through SLC and its surroundings.
I am a passionate hobby-athlete who dreams of one day competing in the Olympics. I love coffee, hockey, and cars.
One of my greatest role models in life is my mother Nadejda. Her courage and knowledge inspire me professionally and privately every day.
I believe contrast in life creates perspective, and I draw much of my daily inspiration from architecture, design, and aesthetics. Above all, I truly value kindness.
My proudest achievement in life is my daughter, Chloé. You have given me new superpowers.
Pradeep Vepakomma
As the CEO, I bring my experience and passion for telecommunications technology, development, and delivery to create a simple and efficient environment within the telecommunications world through SLC.
I have always been passionate about teaching and educating, no matter the subject. The people I admire most are those who face personal adversity head-on and rise above it with positivity, resilience, and determination.
I’ve recently set a goal to develop my running skills, with my first race coming up soon — will you join me?
I find inspiration in nature, history, technological innovation, human achievement — both big and small — and the everyday acts of kindness that surround us.
Why did we acquire Systems Life Cycle?
After playing various roles throughout our careers — spanning from development to sales — taking ownership of SLC has allowed us not only to bring together our experience and expertise, but also to continue our constant pursuit of learning and developing new skills along the way.
